Return Policy

Hey babes, let's talk returns.
Like our ex's, sometimes things just don't work out! We hope you love our products but if for some reason you do not, we offer a 10 day return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopprettybroke.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then contact you if the return has been approved or rejected within 3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be created. 

All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund and/or store credit if your return does not meet these requirements.

Refunds do not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you. Shipping is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
